In order to offer increasingly customized solutions that are truly in line with the customer's needs, Coind offers a number of tailor-made services, which are divided into several stages.

Fact-finding survey
Problem detection and definition of intervention strategies with the client.
Our Technicians deal with and solve the most complex needs, even in the absence of specifications or other identified paths. The best available technologies (B.A.T.) are used to complete it, as in a tailoring process the best skills are used to baste a garment.

Design
Our technical staff is specialized in carrying out studies and projects of all sizes.
The client is followed directly by Engineers, assisted by 3D Inventor designers, from preliminary study to executive design.

Construction and installation
Each phase of construction is carried out in the Coind Carpentry Department, or at the production sites of one of the 30 Coral Group Companies.
This part of the process is supervised by the Project Responsible Technicians, who check and coordinate every aspect of production, from the shop floor to the construction site, and installation.

Tests
All components are checked in accordance with current regulations and field tested with blank tests and trials in relation to design characteristics.
The plant is put into operation, supporting the customer in the Test and Commissioning phase.

Support service
Plant servicing and management, carried out through maintenance contracts.
In the first year, one of our technicians is responsible for contracted periodic visits, depending on the complexity of the plant and the preparedness of the personnel in charge.
