In the Dairy Sector, for example, dairy whey can be treated in order to obtain its protein concentration.

This first stage of the process makes it possible to separate the fluid and, following Reverse Osmosis or Nanofiltration treatments, obtain the lactose, for subsequent production activities.
Remaining in this Sector, milk concentration, useful for some types of cheeses, or its protein standardization, with control of the ratio on fats, can be carried out.

These are operations often required by the market, which today demands quality products with a consistent protein content.

Ultrafiltration water plant is also employed to deprive processing sera from microorganisms and save on supply.

Incorporating the Ultrafiltration water process within the production cycle does not imply interruptions in the production process of any kind, since the system is pre-assembled on a platform, called a Skid in technical jargon.
In this way the time dedicated to assembly and appropriate verification of functionality is optimized and consequently is negligible on production costs.
